We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 5-9 business days. Please note, this is after the 48 hour processing time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST). At this time we currently ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you need an alternate way to ship, for example UPS and/or expedited shipping, please e-mail us directly before placing your order at email@example.com.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the out of stock item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
