We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 5-9 business days. Please note, this is after the 48 hour processing time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST). At this time we currently ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you need an alternate way to ship, for example UPS and/or expedited shipping, please e-mail us directly before placing your order at info@christinachoicosmetics.com.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the out of stock item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
For returns or exchanges, emailinfo@christinachoicosmetics.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange the product for the same color. We will refund your shipping amount when received. If you are simply returning your product within the 30 day policy, we will refund the amount on the same credit card that was used to purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Need to exchange? If the products are in new condition, you may exchange your product for a different color. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
