What is the turnaround time to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within a 48 hour period Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (PST), unless mentioned otherwise.

We will update your order with the tracking information via email.

How much is shipping?

U.S. Postal Service (USPS): Free domestic USPS shipping for all orders in the USA.

What if a product is out of stock or on back order?

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the out of stock item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
