Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We are still processing and shipping out orders during Shelter-in-Place. All orders are processed and shipped within a 48 hour period (or less) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (PST)

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 
We provide free shipping on all domestic orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM GOES ON BACK ORDER? 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship internationally to all countries and territories. For international orders, there is a 2 week shipping lead time. Please note, this is after the 48 hour processing time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST) 

Standard International Shipping (USPS): Orders $0.01-$150.00 in retail products, shipping and handling rate is $15.00. All orders $150.00 and up in retail products, shipping and handling is $25.00.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 5-9 business days. Please note, this is after the 48 hour processing time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST). 

At this time we currently ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you need an alternate way to ship, for example UPS and/or expedited shipping, please e-mail us directly before placing your order at info@christinachoicosmetics.com.

We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Shop directly on our website www.christinachoicosmetics.com or visit us at our flagship studio in Union Square (currently temporarily closed due to Shelter in Place).
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you do not need an account.
