For returns or exchanges, email info@christinachoicosmetics.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns

If there is a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange the product for the same color.
We will refund your shipping amount when received.

If you are simply returning your product within the 30 day policy, we will refund the amount on the same credit card that was used to purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If the products are in new condition, you may exchange your product for a different color. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address above via Parcel Post from the US Postal Services (USPS) to ensure prompt credit or exchange.
